The pricing is great for the area. The environment is friendly. The space is...industrial but generally well kept. But at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. The most frustrating example: A broken window shade, maybe a $100 item to replace. The lack of one allows direct sunlight to pour into my (very) small office, directly into the eyes, for 2+ hours each day at midday. I'm on video calls drenched in light squinting into the meeting. I've been a Greendesk resident for 2.5 years now. I've been treated very well since taking the tour of 155 Water Street with Building Manager Reysa.
