I don’t know my way around flower shops, but the staff at Green Designs made me feel welcomed and directed me to exactly what I needed. I was shopping in a rush for my mom’s birthday and I left knowing the gifts I bought her here will make her feel so loved and appreciated. Overall a great experience!
I ordered online since I now live in North Carolina. My friend texted me that flowers had arrived. They are beautiful and she is enjoying them. I have ordered for Roanoke friends previously and have been pleased with the Florist's Choice selections.
Ordered flowers online for my sisters birthday. They were supposed to be delivered Saturday, but due to flooding etc they were delayed. The shop called and asked if I wanted to cancel my order and I happily said no, please deliver when you can. I appreciated the communication from this florist shop and their willingness to make things right. Please remember when things happen and out of anyone’s control be kind and ALWAYS SUPPORT LOCAL/SMALL businesses. I will be a returning customer! The flowers were GORGEOUS!!!
Wonderful first experience for us! The person that delivered the flowers could see that my 92 year old Mother was having a bit of a struggle just making it to the door to open it. She was very patient to wait and even carried the flowers in and put them on table for my Mom who is on a walker. Thanks for your kindness and brightening her day with your lovely flower arrangement!
