I was very surprised by the one star rating. I can’t dispute someone’s experience but will say a lack of integrity is the last thing I would say about the owner. An extremely nice and respectable person. I have used their services for 24 years. Never missed a beat. Quality may be an issue for some but overall I’ve been very happy. I’m shocked I found someone that has stayed in this business this long and is always consistent.
The owner of this company is absolutely incompetent and unethical. I left for a job out of the Oviedo/Orlando market and he was responsible for the care of my house while it was rented. Long story short, the grass died (despite paying him landscaping services) and was basically mowing dirt for $90 a month for a year. Avoid this company like the plague.
