BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE! The Dr has been out for 3 plus weeks and I have been trying to get back in to be seen to have some of my dental work corrected. This office is very inconsistent and every time I call to see when Dr. Chery will be back a different person answers and says the previous person is no longer there. I will be moving to another office as I have tried to give Dr. Chery a chance and it’s not working for me!
I am very happy with Green Cove dental, My hygienist was a pleasure. She was wonderful, professional, and courteous.Magalie is a great asset to green Cove dental. Thank you!! The dentist however was terrible. I am surprised she is still in practice, She extracted a tooth, a molar and didn’t get the root. When I questioned her about it and she lied and said she got everything. A couple weeks later I was having an unusual amount of pain and went back. The hygienist recommenced and x ray and dentist insisted it wasn’t necessary... read more
Receptionist charge services not rendered
Wanted to go but to make the first appointment they wanted me to “text the picture of front and back of insurance card” and needed to doubt they might not treat patients’ data properly. Not even email or their portal, text…!
