Took my first class today at Green Cove CrossFit with Frank. He was great! The class atmosphere was really motivating and the workout challenged me in all the right ways, with a mix of strength and cardio that left me sweaty but energized. I also appreciated how welcoming everyone was, making it easy to feel part of the group from the start. Great atmosphere and super nice people! I’ll definitely be back.
Stoked to join my new Home base CrossFit since relocating to GCS! Visit this morning was nothing short of spectacular! Members of this box were kind and welcoming and I felt “at Home” here with my new likeminded fit/healthy CrossFit family. Facility is large, well laid out, well stocked with nicely maintained equipment and I’m looking forward to working out here 5 days a week! I’ve been out of CF for several months while moving around looking for a place to call my new “Hometown” and now I’ve found that place and can’t wait ... read more

Green Cove CrossFit is a great gym. Everybody is so welcoming and the coaches are all very quick to make modifications to accommodate injuries/fitness level
