Stoked to join my new Home base CrossFit since relocating to GCS! Visit this morning was nothing short of spectacular! Members of this box were kind and welcoming and I felt “at Home” here with my new likeminded fit/healthy CrossFit family. Facility is large, well laid out, well stocked with nicely maintained equipment and I’m looking forward to working out here 5 days a week! Green Cove CrossFit is a great gym. Everybody is so welcoming and the coaches are all very quick to make modifications to accommodate injuries/fitness level
As a drop in, I felt welcomed immediately by Coach Frank and the other members of the community. Everyone was friendly, the gym was well organized and clean, and everyone supported each other all the way until the last person finished the WOD. A great atmosphere. I look forward to dropping in again some day!
