As a drop in, I felt welcomed immediately by Coach Frank and the other members of the community. Everyone was friendly, the gym was well organized and clean, and everyone supported each other all the way until the last person finished the WOD. A great atmosphere. I look forward to dropping in again some day!

Great WoD (session)! The workout was hard and really pushed my limits, but it was also friendly and positive from start to finish. The mix of exercises was excellent - each movement was thoughtfully programmed to target different muscle groups while keeping the pace engaging. The overall vibe in the gym was terrific; there’s this energy that makes you want to give your best without feeling overwhelmed. I stopped in for my first class today at Green Cove CrossFit and had such a good time! Frank was an awesome coach who walked us through the warm up and helped with form throughout the workout. The atmosphere was so welcoming and kind. The class was structured and to the point. I would highly recommend stopping by and trying a class!
