Me and my dad have gotten a couple of vehicles from here over the past couple of years. Almost a year ago, my dad traded in his truck for a nice jeep. A week or 2 later they contacted him saying he had to bring it back. When he got there, they told him his truck he traded in was already sold/gone. He was forced to get something else. Will not be using these people again.
My mom and I took a greyhound bus to get from Alabama to this dealership to pick up a car I bought online basically. Juan was so helpful and patient as I had so many questions. He even face timed my mom and I to show us the car in real time. It was a great process. Terrible ride down thanks to greyhound lol, but we couldn't be more happy with the car. I would like to take a moment to tell everyone how everyone at Green Cove Auto Sales went above and beyond for me with my recent purchase of a vehicle. Juan provided great sales service helping pick out a car I could afford. There was no pressure, answered all my questions - walked me thru the paperwork from beginning to end.
