Hoping this is the right bike shop, I accidentally contacted. After purchasing 2 bikes from EZ Ride at Quinte Mall, Belleville, Ontario, the one electric bike had a faulty fender. This became a safety hazard. We took the fender into EZ Ride and we were told , they would take care of it. We checked back in, and the fender was still broken, in the store.
