I had such a wonderful experience with this company. The initial consultant was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. I upgraded my furnace and a/c to more efficient models, so I had a lot of questions. The installers were efficient and courteous. I could not be happier and highly recommend this company for their expertise and professionalism.

6 and Fix, formerly known as Green Country. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had a terrible experience with a new system install in 2015. They could not deliver what they promised and then tried to upsell after their original install did not work. Then in 2018, the AC on the system was not cooling. I had someone else come out and recharge the system. It is now 2019 and the system is again not cooling. Their equipment is terrible. Do not use this company!
I do not recommend Green Country if you have a Geothermal system. They have great customer service, but they did not know how to fix my Geothermal system. When we had them add a zone to my daughter's room, the Geothermal was working harder than it had to forcing it turn off on its own. They added an expensive bypass to the unit, but it still didn't fix the problem. They replaced the water pump pipe, another expensive repair. The system continued to fail for a good 8 months. The ****'s geothermal system is working properly because we replaced failing parts, On 08-01-2017 we replaced the failed water pump that was over heating after long run times. Since then on 08/23/2017 there was a clogged condensate drain pipe that needed clearing and we did it at No Charge. On 8-24-2016 we were contracted to install a 3rd zone for the bonus room and arrange the duct work to work with the new zone, and also replace the zone board which had hot spots on several diodes. BE CAUTIOUS!! We purchased a heating and cooling system from Green Country at a cost of $16,000. We told the sales rep that we were concerned about the old duct work and asked that it be checked out carefully. He assured us he would use a camera in the vents to determine whether the old duct work was usable or we should replace it. Upon signing the contract, we were assured the old duct work had been checked out and it did not need to be replaced. *******, You ducting was original to the home. It was not accessible due to the height of the crawl space Only 14 to 16 inches of height. You discovered the issues with the duct after you were doing some remodel work and opened the crawl space and flooring. The heating & cooling system has been operating great for over 2 years and you have not had any air flow issues.
