On the road for a family trip. Rented an RV. Water pump and air conditioning fan broke on day 2, and on a Saturday, when most places are closed. The owner of the RV contacted RV Doctor and they took us right away. Hoot, who is a hoot let me tell you, couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. He fixed both issues, and not only that, he thoroughly explained the systems of the RV to us. As first time RVers, this was beyond helpful.
