Green Country Electric returned my call within an hour on a Saturday and were at my door within two hours of my call . Green County Electric fixed my issue and provided me with a two year warranty on their work . I highly recommend you give them a call if you need service . Definitely a 5 star company .

I had arranged an appointment with Green Country Electric at 2:30 pm 1 week prior. I received a call approx 10 min before the appointment that the electrician would be there late. I stayed in touch with the office and I was informed that he would arrive at 4:15 pm due to a delay. I was supposed to receive a call 30 minutes before his arrival. I waited till 5:30 pm with no call or updates. I think a courtesy call or respecting the customer's wait time is expected from a service business.
