Iyana is the best! She is very excellent and more than I have asked for. I came to her for over thinking and we haven’t really done any exercises for it or what I would expect but my overthinking has gone down like ten fold. And as someone who thought they didn’t need therapy she has been very beneficial to my emotional growth!
Do not recommend Cayla Smith for couples therapy or for any major issues. In my opinion she was unqualified, unethical, rude and showed zero common sense.
Courtney has been very helpful and therapeutic to my recovery process. She has a variety of techniques that are applicable to everyday life and that help when you encounter triggers outside of therapy.
