I'm an Architect and I have worked with GCI on a number of projects. Alex and his team are incredibly professional, and also reasonable priced and down to earth. They communicate with whatever level of detail you want: They will give you all of the nitty gritty or take care of the work and spare you the details - whichever you as a client prefer. We used Green Conversions for the renovation of our apartment and can highly recommend their work. Alex was incredibly helpful in guiding us on what was realistic in the planning process, helping with vendor selection, and giving us a reasonable timeline which he delivered on prompt.y. Alex and his team came so highly recommended from another tenant in my co-op building. I was looking for work to be done in my bathroom, and a kitchen renovation. I called Alex and he was so responsive to see what I was looking to do. We made a plan and we moved forward. His team was always prompt (shout out to Wilson, the project manager)! Alex and his team did a massive renovation of my house. Throughout the process he and the crew were unfailingly prompt, pleasant, communicative and in every way professional. Their work is stellar. They are clean and careful in all they do.
