Unsatisfactory job. They were supposed to blow cellulose into my walls. They did ~ 50% of them. I was told that they did things that they obviously did not do. They were supposed to seal and insulate my rim joist. They left 20% unfinished and when I pointed it out, they assured me it would be done. They then walked to the basement and then drove away abruptly, without doing the work. They deferred doing the attic job on the contract. If they get paid from the state (Mass Saves) and from my fee on this job, it would be fraud.... read more

I can't recommend Green Collar enough! I called them to seal my home and insulate the attic and basement through the MassSave program and couldn't be happier. Juan, Cameron, Brian, and Kwynn arrived promptly at 8am as scheduled. They made sure to lay drop clothes where they'd be walking to ensure they wouldn't mess up the house. They did the initial test and started in the attic first. Once the attic was done, they moved onto the basement and adding door flaps and seals to the exterior doors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Green Collar after having their crew of three work in our home for two days. Jeff, the lead person, Jordan and Quinn arrived both days on time, they were friendly, polite, professional and thorough. They are clearly well-trained and experienced. Jeff explained everything they were doing. He was very detailed and searched every where for any places that needed to be sealed and/or insulated. They spent the majority of the time in our attic.
