Bryan and Daryl , they’re both very nice and efficient at what they do. Bryan is very nice and very good about installing the windows, he makes sure everything is clean and done well.He comes very early to do the windows all by himself. He is a very good worker. And Daryl tends to solve whatever issues quickly, get in touch with the company and they both showed up.
Connected with Green Collar through Angi. Very responsive, scheduled an appointment that evening via text message. Today was the day of the appointment, and the tech did not show. I messaged the same person that booked the appointment, and first they said there was a mix up and the appointment wasn't scheduled, and then they stated that the job was cancelled because the scope was not something they supported. From the very beginning, we’ve experienced a series of problems. Problems that cost us too much time and extra money from our pockets. I’ll start with CJ, who was the first Green Collar representative to come to our home. During his inspection, he pushed the flue PPM reader directly into the soot, which resulted in a false carbon monoxide reading. We just had the team of Keem, Tito and Jacob come to install insulation in our home. These gentlemen were extremely efficient and professional. They could not have been nicer and respected our home as if it were their own. Green collar is lucky to have them!!
