Let me start by saying I reached out to Michael Green directly and got the typical bureaucratic answers you would expect when I raised these issues. Green and Co recently completed a development in the adjacent lot to mine. Throughout the development process they ran a sloppy jobsite, hired subpar contractors and made a general mess of the property I'm occupying. Beautiful build, pleasure to work with. We've been in our home for 3 years now and no problems at all.
Loved working with the staff and felt that they were extremely detailed-oriented. We were traveling out of country while the lender was going through the closing process when we hit a road block with the lender and if it wasn't for our agent, Jenna Green, we would have jeopardized our closing date. Jenna stayed on top of it and communicated with the lender for us while we were away so we could enjoy our family trip. We love our home and if the time comes where we need to move, we will be working with Green and Co again.
