Outstanding and phenomenal service. Attentive and accommodating. Absolutely wonderful!
They told me they didn’t have time to try to put my insurance in. They had just opened mind you. But she said they aren’t taking new patients so I left. It’s just dumb, the point of it is to be convenient for the students on Campus, or so I thought.
Overcharges significantly, you’re better off making a walk-in appointment at other local doctors. Significant wait for only me and one other patient there. No longer provide 1 free visit a year for students. I talked to my PCP about their prices and she was appalled. Almost $500 total for a visit about a sore throat. $150 for a covid test I didn’t need or want as I already had at-home covid tests. I’ve been here a few times and never had a wait. The staff are always thorough and professional. Best place in town to get in and on your way.
