Disappointing experience. I was in touch with this company for about a month setting up a house cleaning. The owner and other staff I spoke to seemed nice and accommodating. I had a phone call on a Monday setting up a cleaning on Thursday later in the week. We discussed possible times that could work but we didn't set a time.
