Steve was great to work with. He was timely, professional, and great with communication. He helped me troubleshoot a problem I was having despite not finding mold. He also did not charge me a penny, and this is the second time he’s been out. Absolutely worth considering if you’re in need of mold services.
Called them for a potential water issue. Steve arrived on time and found no water issues after thorough inspection. Was appreciative of his honesty and not trying to force a job where one was not needed.
We had a mold issue in our main bathroom mostly on the ceiling, which is vaulted and about 18ft above the floor. We contacted three different contractors. Great to work with. Handled a terrible pet odor problem in a rental property that other cleaning companies wouldn't take on. Discovered prior water damage in the odor remediation process. Performed additional work promptly at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
