Monthly bill for membership too difficult to cancel membership not even use the membership four months and paying $39 every month for something I don’t use and can’t figure out a way to cancel. Car Wash is fine. They could give you some clothes to wipe down your windows after the car wash. Overall, no problems with the Car Wash except for the membership monthly charge being too difficult to cancel.
I saw another post from 9 months ago talking about the water smell & I can assure you that nothing has been done about it because when I went through last week it smelt like a sewage plant & my friend went through today & said the same thing. It also didn't do a good job at cleaning my car so I canceled my membership :(
Bring back the old crew! Water stinks, no more showroom shine like the previous carwash! If I could add a zero I would! The little girl shouldn't be directing cars in she has no since of direction!
