Damage to vehicle at Main St location. Company said it was not possible for the damage to have occurred by their car wash... and yet it did. Pathetic response.
Buyer beware this location and locations like this do not stand behind the service they provide. The manager on site after my car was damaged informed me that they recently had a NEW technician servicing the equipment which resulted in damage to my 2017 Volkswagen Alltrack. The car wash is all about debiting your account monthly but will not stand behind their machinery inflicting harm to others property.
