Great place and price. However I would give it a 5 if they had towels. It’s weird not that have towels to wipe your car. I have never been to one but this company that didn’t have one.

I pay for ceramic and they give me the wax one just below it. And the water smells like an old mildew bathroom with some air freshener on top like it's trying to mask the smell. Update, to respond to your response, I already contacted you about this when I made the review. I just now checked my email and still have not received an answer. I do not have the time or money to waste to sit on hold.
Price increase of over $10 since I signed up when they FIRST OPENED! Hell naw. If anything, I should be getting discounts for being a loyal customer for so long. I'll wash it myself!
