I often use this car wash but I went through the was on 3/12 and when I got out of my car to vacuum it out and maybe wipe it off it is a scratch along the driver's side back fender. I go and the manager comes out and ask do I want to do an incident report. My response was "YES". I did the report someone called and I missed their call so I returned the call.
