With all the bad reviews, I thought I should leave a review of my experience. I usually hand wash my car at home, but due to the weather, I find it best to use a local car wash. I've been to this location a few times and it never disappointed me. I signed up for a monthly membership because of the constant frost and snow lately. It's a cost savings. Quit often numerous sections of the wash are not working resulting in my car not being cleaned.
The wash next to the Cinema Cafe theatre has degraded so badly that I won’t go there anymore. Equipment is always broken and it actually leaves residue on your car - you can see a greasy film on your windshield.
I have been coming here since this location opened cleaning both my personal cars and company car. I always purchase the basic wash. I don't need the bells and whistles. Lately the quality of the washes has gone down hill and I feel like I'm walking into a furniture store every time I pull up to the booth, being hounded to buy a membership.
