Great experience from 1sf call to follow up for appointment to carpet cleaning done. Sam was was wonderful - outstanding all around !
We've had Sam come out to clean our carpets at least five times. He fits us in so quickly, which is a huge help for preventing stains. His service is fast and affordable and he has removed every single pet stain, which is incredible because we couldn't get them up no matter what we did. On top of that, he is very friendly and so reliable. He also cleaned our couch and made it look brand new. We feel lucky to have found Sam - he's saved our brand new carpets!
