Sam is a honest man. He is punctual--he was right on time. Sam is supremely methodical with his approach to cleaning my carpet, which made the task of cleaning my carpet go quickly. I watched Sam work, and I was mesmerized, almost hypnotized by how he pushed and pulled the shampooer machine's cleaning head forward and back repeatedly (that's when I began to feel sleeepy) Oops I better wake up. I first utilized their professional services in the summer of 2013, Sam came out to my residence in West LA and cleaned my 1-bedroom apartment which was a total dry cleaning like service, and my carpets were dry within 90 minutes or so.
