I expected better for a cleaning of a 4 x 6 synthetic rug braided with no backing, for $50. It looks the same as when I cleaned it myself once before. It feels sticky and has an overwhelming perfumey smell. I had to take it outside where hopefully it will air out. Will not use or recommend this company.
Contacted them via website chat, was able to book an appointment for the next day. Then they came to my apartment took the rug, cleaned it and delivered it back to me in 10 days or so. It was convenient and efficient process - recommend!

Great company. They do everything conscientiously and responsibly.
I had such a great experience using them for my rug cleaning! I had called multiple places, but green street was by far the friendliest and easiest to work with. David S was amazing and helped me set my rug back up under my couch (which weighs a ton). If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you so much!!!!
