They took their time cleaning and came back out to fix the urine smell.
We were so very pleased with Daniel B.! He did a wonderful job on our sofas and rug!! He was very honest and up front about price and procedures and seemed very knowledgeable about the service,what they use, and was sensitive to my needs having scent issues which I truly appreciated!! Talked to him about returning and doing the air ducts as soon as some projects get finished in our home!! Edwin came by and cleaned my carpets and did an amazing job! Explained everything in detail and very descriptive. Very good service with even better pricing. Hard working and high attention to detail is the reason why I’m going to have you guys back every year!
Wesley was friendly, personable, and professional. He was friendly to my disabled son, actually speaking directly to him (and you might be surprised at how difficult most people find talking directly to a nonverbal person). Wesley did an amazing job getting up all kinds of random stains like coffee and food, all the way to human biological stains. Plus enteral formula, which is almost impossible to get out of carpeting!
