Please fix the outside wash rack & the vacuums. Beyond a waste of money & time. If I could give it a 0 or negative I would.

I went to all three of the Green Clean car wash stations on base. This was the only one that worked. If you have cash, it could be worth it. If you're using a card, it is 5 dollars. With the amount of time given, I needed to spend an additional 5 dollars to finish. I did not need all the remaining time, so it was a waste. The vacuum cleaner ate my quarters, so overall, it was a poor experience.

The soap is nice but the vacuum ate my money on the left and the one in the middle barely had any pressure. Also when you click stop card charges it still charges you for the full amount even if you only use it for 1 minute. Update. It’s been over a year and each time I come back it’s a different problem. Soap doesn’t work, quarter machine eats quarters or the register is jammed. I don’t see why they can’t actually fix their equipment. Complete waste of time and money.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. It’s typically not based off one experience. This is the 3rd time these vacuums “ate” my quarters. Cost is supposed to be a dollar. So far I’m down $3.50 with all my experiences here. Petty? I don’t think so. Looking through all the reviews, there seems to be a common trend with the vacuums. They’ve identified the issue but haven’t/won’t fix it. There are other sensors out there which can replace the current outdate ones. Change machine rarely work and the vaccums are terrible as well
