It's okay here. I have used vacuums that the hoses were broke. And this last time that I went there were no towels out and there weren't any spray bottles to use.
Took my 16 year old daughter here to wash her car for the first time at a car wash. The two guys did not guide her on what to do at all. Did not indicate when they were ready for her to put the car in neutral and foot off the break. Well when I told her to do so, she mistakenly put it in reverse, quickly realized, and corrected it. Usually it a pretty good car wash. I took my truck in there yesterday 2/5/26 late in the afternoon to get all of the salt and junk off of it from the storm. I usually run through the car wash about once a week (or every 2 weeks if it stays pretty clean). I pay for their top tier wash for an suv and truck. I had the bottom tier to start with but was unhappy with how dirty it was afterwards. The white stuff that was supposed to keep the car clean puddles up and leaves terrible streaks on the surface which looks like exaggerated water marks. They seem to be going down now theyve been bought out. Half the equipment is broke or not properly adjusted so it doesnt spray, rinse or touch the car where its supposed to. Before the Christmas holidays I visited this car wash and the automatic teller wasn't working properly. An employee came out to assist and when the machine didn't work for him he asked to take my card inside to pay for the service. Everything was fine with my service. Then on Dec 28th while traveling out of the local Jacksonville area I noticed that I had a charge on my account for a car wash service. 🤔 How does that happen?
