Be cautious at the New River location. I used the touchless car wash and, although the machine said it could not read my card and returned to the main screen without any prompts or lights, I was still charged. Very frustrating experience with no wash provided. :/
Need updated or a good amount of maintenance
Tried to get car washed and the card reader said does not recognize card, but charged twice and no car wash. Good luck.
Just like the mainside location, this location does not properly read tags. It acts as if something will happen, but the wash never tells you to pull forward or start up. What is the point of paying for an unlimited touchless wash if it doesn't even work.
