They cleaned my 4 rooms and a hall and didn't get it all clean or the smell where I told them the dog had an accident 2 days before. They came back again the next day to try again but still didn't fix the smell and left a sticky residue all over the rug where they sprayed something. I ended up buying a carpet cleaner from WalMart and recleaned the areas my self and it turned out beautiful. The $88 Hoover carpet cleaner did a better job then there equipment. We moved into our new home last month and had this joke of a company 'clean' our floors (carpets and tile) and our HVAC ducts. $500 buys you dirtier floors (which we had to scrub out by hand) and uncleaned duct work. Avoid them like the plague.
