Timely, honest and reliable. I’m so glad I followed my intuition and hired Green City as I’m new in the area and it’s quite challenging to find a good company with an online search. Scam alert on prices! They came out to clean my chimney and dryer vent for their special for $127. Well, everything need a “deep clean.” So now the price is $400. I paid it. I guess my chimney is clean, who knows. My dryer vent is not. I called them back ans told them it was still plugged and no air was coming through the vent to the outside. They would not come back. Company has no business being in business if you don't keep your appointments. Twice now they had me waiting for technician to show. When I tried to get them to do something about it they said sorry maybe next time. Wouldn't deal with them ever unless it was free. My time waiting is just as valuable as you getting paid to do the job. No service, No customer Service.
