I received an oil change for my Silverado. This time they were very sloppy as I could see and smell oil burning all the way home and I live 35 miles from the dealer. I did stop on the way home to make sure nothing was wrong and all I could see was where they dripped oil of the valve cover, not good for spending over 100 hundred dollars
They double the service quote once you are separated from your vehicle. I’ll never trust them again. There were zero parts involved. This was a quick computer update on a vehicle with less than 50k miles.
