The technician was very professional, thorough and detail oriented. My issues is not the Technician rather the company that sub contractors their services and equipment to various solo proprietors. My main issue:- 1)When you call over the phone they sell you a product that is very limiting on purpose hence lack of transparency. 2) Once the technician arrives at the house they disclose all the specific information on what is excluded essentially you are made aware that you are just getting a basic carpet cleaning with water. ... read more
