I am having an issue with my turf. One area is eroding. They said it is burned from the sun, but this area get no direct sun. And I see multiple nails on the problem area. The turf is separating on the putting green and needs to be stretched and the seam is horrible. I even told them at the installation that the putting green should be one piece. They installed with 2 pieces and left. Ricardo did meet with me and said he will fix the problems. He is not returning calls and I found incorrect addresses on the internet.
