Lousy... the dispatcher was racist and made all excuses to even send a cab to pick up because of my accent! Jerk
I took an Uber Town Car from North Station to Moody St in Waltham and I took a Green Cab back. The Green Cab cost $12 more and the driver had no idea where he was going. When I called to complain the guy at the office said that I never got into his company's cab and that it was either a fake cab or another green cab company that just so happen to be picking someone up at that same exact block at the same exact time. I am a driver who went to pick up Mr. Patrick Okeefe. When I pulled in to the address I saw Master Cab of Waltham cab # 38 pulling out with customer. I informed dispatcher and we tried to call customer, but he never answered. 30 minutes later customer called and was complaining that he was overcharged by $12.00 and asking for reimbursement.
