They did an amazing job handling my elderly dog! I'm new to the area and brought my elderly disabled dog with me, and was really hesitant to take her somewhere new. Usually I only get her groomed / trimmed within my vets office as theyre the most experienced handlers of high-risk dogs. Beanie has a lot of groomer trauma, a back injury and she's disabled. Sarah is such a godsend for my dogs! I adopted one with a lot of issues, we are working on them but in the meantime his coat really needs regular grooming & our groomer of 10 years refused to deal with him. Sarah's incredible patience and skill has helped him (and is!) so much, I don't know what I'd do without her! She also has groomed my older dog with her own issues (arthritis, diminishing eyesight & hearing) & works so hard to keep her calm and relaxed. Magnus did a terrific job on my pitbull/aussie shepherd mix’s difficult and surprisingly dense undercoat! I brought her in for a simple de-shed and coat trim, and picked her up within 2 hours. Often times, getting my dog groomed can be an all day ordeal, so I was pleasantly surprised that my dog was ready in 2 hours! I paid $80 before tip, and I can’t remember the last time I got this service for my dog and her coat for less than $120. I will be back! Book with Magnus you will not regret it!
