My experience began in January of 2016 when I contact Home Depot to request an estimate. Green Built contacted me and we arranged an appointment for Jan 18 (Martin Luther King Jr Day). I asked several times if this day was truly good for the person I was speaking with, since it was a holiday, and was assured that it was fine. Monday came around, and no one showed up.
