Consistently provides contradictory information. One answer will be correct on one practice test and the same answer for the same question will be wrong for another. The reading material is unclear and does not provide definitions for the terms provided at the end of each section. The user interface is terrible. There are too many things wrong with it to list in a post.

GBES is the best place to go to for study materials and educational resources for green building certification exams and best practices. Highly recommend the platinum study packs!

This is possibly the most poorly managed company with one of the most poorly designed and managed websites I have ever used. The support staff are useless and don't listen and they charge you for services you don't need or they charge you double and do not let you know. Charlie appears to be this great guy but fails to live by the LEED pillar of social responsibility. It is cheap but you get what you pay for. There are many other companies with higher quality and ethical products.
