I think in my opinion, They should not be blowing off snow at night, while others are trying to sleep.Overall it's a pretty good home.
Management has no common sense. When is it ever acceptable to send people to clear sidewalk snow with leafblowers at 10PM? Why can't this be done in the daytime? It didn't even snow today. The townhome residents were hesitant to complain for fear of any lashback so living on the same street (our whole family woke up to the noise) I called non-emergency who confirmed they did not have a commercial permit and were in violation of noise bylaw.
