I love the doctors and NP/PA's but Joanne at the front desk needs to go. She is just horrible... very nasty and rude. It's gotten to the point where if I call and I hear her voice, I hang up and call back another time.
I Lisabeth Gonzalez , Just love my doctors Dr. Finner and Dr. Claire! They are very understanding and very compassionate about their patients!!! I do thank Dr, Cook for helping my husband! He was going through a really hard time after he got released from the Hospitail!! He is the only one who gave him the right medicine ! And he is following through with his treatment!! Best office! I personally see Dr Claire, whom I love. She's thoughtful, knowledgeable, spends time explaining and exploring. I never feel rushed in my appointment. The office uses a portal to communicate, send text messages etc. their response time is quick and always thorough! I highly recommend!!
The lady at the front desk has such an attitude and answers questions in a rude manner honestly she doesn’t need to be that rude.
