The lady at the front desk has such an attitude and answers questions in a rude manner honestly she doesn’t need to be that rude.
My family has been coming to this office for over 30 years! My three children are grown - my father was a patient. There are over 30 years worth of well visits/sick visits/physicals you name it at this office. THAT counts for nothing. I hate to write this review, but evidently Dr. Frank does nothing with patient feedback so... Lately when you call - the new younger receptionists decide if they're going to relay your message to the doctors or not, and apparently it's not. Dr. Frank is very helpful - always professional. In recent months however, the office/office staff seem swamped. Phone calls get put on hold for 10 minutes or more; sometimes it is hard to get through. Seeing the nurse practitioner, the patient feels rushed. Not sure what caused the change as that was not my initial experience with the practice. Thank you.
