Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from
