Made an appointment, gave them my card information, and the lady screwed up my phone number. I was supposed to get a call at a certain time and never did. And when I looked at my bank statement, they were charging me for services I didn't receive. I was super angry when I called them back and they had no idea who I was because she messed up my phone number. Needless to say I had to request a refund. Now because they have all my information I don't feel safe. I canceled my debit card and ordered a new one just to be safe.
My renewal appointment was quick, smooth, and stress-free. They made the process simple by reviewing everything thoroughly and answering my questions with patience and care. I had the pleasure of renewing my medical card with green bridge society. Scheduled my appointment last night and today at around 12pm I got a phone call. And now we are renewed with a no stress process. And they didn’t charge an arm and a leg! For real if you see this pick them!!!! Will be using green bridge society with renewal every single time.
We get our cards here, they are very helpful, and can help you the whole way through the process from start to finish. And it was very nice of them to take us on a tour of their hemp field.
This place suck I paid for my appointment three days ago for them to keep making story bout we been trying to call ya. But not once did they call had me watching my phone like a hack for days straight. Then say u must have spam blocked. Mind every other spam potential call was coming threw. I feel there a scam. So watch out
