Great experience! Lived there for two years, landlord was very nice and on top of things when it came to repairs and year upkeep! Would definitely live there again!
On May 28th my apartment was flooded due to my upstairs neighbor carelessly running water for hours and not realizing it. Today is August 9th and finally the drywall has been replaced and sanded (for the 4th time), and there is no time frame on when it will be painted. I was very excited to move to Bloomsburg and Dawn made the process as easy as possible. She is extremely prompt through text or call if you need anything and if any accidents happens both Dawn and Stephen will come to your aid and do whatever they can do to make you comfortable in your living environment.
