I began having massages by CJ while he was attending massage school. He's very attentive and can pinpoint areas that need more attention. As he's progressed he will talk with you about things you can do such as stretches, healthiness and Wellness. Very professional full of energy and very knowledgeable, and always wanting to learn more about wellness and the body.
