I’m so thankful the team stepped in and helped turn our home remodeling plans into a reality. We spent a long time searching for the right contractor for our addition project and were close to giving up, but then Jeffery came up with a smart new plan that matched exactly what we wanted: 2 extra bedrooms and 1 new bathroom. The remodel not only gave us more living space, but it also fixed a roof problem we had been dealing with. The design included a second-story addition and a staircase that used part of our patio area, but... read more
I highly recommend this team for major home remodeling and seismic retrofit work in Hermosa Beach. I worked with them on two large soft-story apartment retrofit projects, and they were excellent from start to finish. As an engineer and contractor, Micah brought a lot of experience, clear planning, and strong attention to safety. The team was selected for a public residential construction project in Hermosa Beach and did an excellent job from start to finish. This was a detailed home remodeling and new construction project that included building a new three-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot ADA-compliant home, along with renovating a larger existing house on the same property. The scope also included a new HVAC system and a full roof replacement, and the work was handled with skill and care. Craig served as the project lead, and his strong background in ho... read more
Craig was fantastic to work with. I can’t say enough good things about the full remodel project. He completely transformed a large property, taking it down to the studs and redesigning the entire space with a warm, residential style that needed extra care and finish detail. We checked in regularly during construction, and Craig was always patient, responsive, and open whenever we wanted to make changes. He kept the project moving on a great schedule and handled every part of the remodel with real skill, including cabinets, ... read more
Craig was very easy to work with. We explained everything we needed for our home remodeling project, including permits and license paperwork, and even with the short timeline, Craig assured us it would all be handled. I had a lot of questions during the whole process, and Craig always took the time to explain the details clearly, answer every question, and make sure nothing was missed along the way. He gave great support with the required paperwork and approvals for multiple parts of our renovation work, and everything was c... read more
