This company is unreliable. They text me at 8:25 pm to let me know that they could not perform my 8 am cleaning. They said they would text again at 9:15 pm with options which they did not. I had to text them again… It is clear from previous reviews on here and Yelp, that this company has a trend of missing time-slots or being late.

We have used Green Bee for 3 services now. The first service was great and they cleaned everything that was needed. The second, was a lot quicker but also did what was needed and appreciated it. Our third service was today and our service arrival time is between 2 and 4. They arrived at 1 pm, an hour early, which is very inconvenient when working from home and planning cleaning around work. My fiancé had the office door closed while on a work call and our cleaning crew tried opening the door to come in and clean. He ended up... read more
