Very thorough pre inspection. Went above and beyond both at the dealership and in talking to me afterwards. Genuinely wanted a good outcome for me. Buying cars from interstate it's very hard but Luke made it very easy to know what i was purchasing. Very good value and great communication.
A positive experience. Swoop is a small local business, I was happy to support them. I requested the report online and Luke did it the following day. He emailed it within an hour or so of completion, then called me to explain his findings. The report was very comprehensive and gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. Money well spent!
Great service found a major problem during inspection that could of cost me thousands. Luke did an amazing job friendly service got back to me when I asked questions and was only to happy to follow up on my behalf. Would highly recommend Luke for your next inspection honest and reliable. Great idea to get an inspection done especially when your unable to view the car yourself and would have no idea what to look for.

Luke has inspected two cars for me now, and both times the scheduling was INCREDIBLY quick - like, I sent an enquiry on the Sunday and the report was in my e-mail by Monday afternoon. Both times, his inspection was meticulous, accompanied by lots of photos to help make sense of the report, and a really detailed phonecall to talk me through the findings and potential implications for repair costs.
