Great service found a major problem during inspection that could of cost me thousands. Great idea to get an inspection done especially when your unable to view the car yourself and would have no idea what to look for.
Luke has inspected two cars for me now, and both times the scheduling was INCREDIBLY quick - like, I sent an enquiry on the Sunday and the report was in my e-mail by Monday afternoon. Both times, his inspection was meticulous, accompanied by lots of photos to help make sense of the report, and a really detailed phonecall to talk me through the findings and potential implications for repair costs. Highly recommend Swoop - contacted them Saturday afternoon and inspection was done by close of business on Monday! Report was good and lots of photos taken - very happy with this service
Luke from Swoop was helpful and informative. Efficient, prompt service with immediate and easy to read comprehensive report.
Luke went above and beyond in explaining all the ins and outs of what the report suggested. And the incredible detail that he put into the report meant I had an incredible level of tools to understand the car I inspected. Good customer service and professionalism still exists!
