Was in the process of buying a Toyota RAV4 from Toyota Cardiff and wanted to get an experienced mechanic's insight and advise on this vehicle. Communication has been flawless from the time that I booked him for his service. Very punctual, and great attention to detail. Great detailed report, gives you a huge peace of mind when you are buying a vehicle. Remi his 4 legged assistant was lovely to have around, very friendly assistant indeed 😀 All in all great service Luke & Remi :)
Luke was great and extremely thorough in his inspection in a car i was looking at but was struggling to pull the trigger on. His 30 page report and friendly 15 minute chat afterwards pointed out a couple little things to keep an eye on but overall gave me the confidence i needed to go through with the purchase, which i might have otherwise passed on. Would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a used vehicle.
Pre-purchase inspection couldn't have been easier to organise, great communication, quick turnout, detailed report. Very impressed with Luke and the team.
