We rented a house in Green Bay WI from June 2019 - November 2019 from Jason ******. He took forever to respond to our request for our return security deposit. According to the state law, it should be returned in 21 days from the end of the rental agreement.. He took 6 weeks to respond to us and kept the entire $2,800 deposit for 15 burnt out light bulbs, patching drywall and other items he felt the need to be repaired.
