They don't even deserve a 1 star. They owe me $379 from an appeal with my ins. company that I won. Try getting ahold of ANYONE at GB Radiology, it is impossible! HSHS is still giving out a phone number for the representing billing company that hasn't represented GB Radiology since 2021. They also should be ashamed! I finally got the number to the current billing company and the same runaround. Make the doctors rich while they SCREW the little guy...sickening!!
They take 6 months to process claims and make sure you keep record of payments. Almost sent multiple payments in regards to an account that had already been overpaid. Rep stated it may take 4-6 weeks to be resolved and refused to accept documentation.
Absolutely horrible billing practices! Make sure that you review your bill completely and follow up with your insurance company as I have received a bill back from July of 2022 in February of 2023 that my insurance paid back in December of 2022. They also failed to bill the correct insurance policy multiple times even with clear directions provided. Strongly urge Green Bay Radiology to review their billing practices!
Absolutely incompetent..been on SSI for 3 years..went in for kidney stone,hospital has my insurance info , get bill saying it was a work-related injury and a 742 dollar bill, what a joke !!!!
Nicholas M. Kolanko radiologist has not got the medical decency to correct a MRI that he missed a spinal arachnoid web on. He hides for his lack of knowledge. He also has on previous MRi's not had the ambition to look at previous MRI's to compare to. HSHS (St Vincents Hospital) will only put in the record that it is your opinion that he is wrong even when another physician says in a new report that he sees evidence that there is a spinal arachnoid web.
