I have had an amazing experience here! I've had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Crum's and it has been an exceptional journey. While I have more road left in this journey, they have treated me with honesty, integrity, and respect. If you have a periodontal and/or implant need, this is the place to go.
This is what happens when they make a huge mistake !!! The financial administrator Cyndi was physically and verbally abusive towards me pushing her open hand inches from my face shoving both her hands in and out of my face . at one point I had to move quickly to avoid being struck and trying to physically block me at the exit door accusing me on unpaid bill which we sent a check as requested and knew I had mailed for $2146.00 and witnessed on 9/8/23 6 days prior with proof and without invoice to us !! .Another case of a pers... read more
