I used to love Bellin. As long as they contract with Green Bay Emergency Medicine Services, we will not be back. I'm over a year later and still fighting to get a bill submitted to the VA as my husband is a Veteran. We've been in contact with the VA and they will pay it....if it is sent. We even left a message will billing information from the VA...easy, right? You will never ever get a call back from Sherry in billing no matter how many messages are left.

I agree with the previous review. The doctor who saw me in ER was rude for no reason. They also doubled bill me. They sent a bill to me from a collection agency 2 years after medicare had already paid them. When questioned they refused to answer, If someone from their company reads this I hope they will try to justify their actions by contacting me, Yes, Ive contacted Bellin as they are sub contractors for them.

In any future emergency I would go to St. Vincent's ER right next door on Webster instead or go to St. Mary's ER on the West side. Because at Bellin's ER I experienced a high-tech looking ER with an incompetent "Green Bay Emergency Medicine Services, S.C." staff.
